430 Antique Tea Golden Plating Process
★Use and characteristics

★Solution composition and operating conditions
1.Make up method：
Add half of water in the tank heating to 40-50℃, dissolving amount calculation of sodium cyanide, adding 430A agent computation, add 430Bsalt with wet water into a paste, adding 430C agent, then add water to a predetermined volume, constantly stirring carefully. 2. Operation condition:
Tea golden agent A 125-130 ml/L, tea golden salt B 32-35 g/L, toner agent 5-15 ml/L, sodium cyanide 55-60 g/L, temperature 60-70℃, cathode current density 0.5-1.5A/dm2, voltage 1-3V, graphite anode plate, plating time 10-40 seconds(golden tea gradually become gun color).
