1.Color is uniform and bright, it can use for gold plated layer.
2. Similar with general electroplating ,without the cumbersome "three jump" process, easy to operate, stable process.
★Solution composition and operating conditions
1.Make up method：
Add 1/2 water, heated to 40 ℃, the calculation amount of sodium cyanide and potassium cyanide, stir to dissolve. To add sodium hydroxide, stirring and dissolving. Then join the "substitute gold makeup agent", "substitute gold yellow agent" and "substitute golden light agent", added to the specified volume. Stirring evenly, circulation filter, electrolytic and test.
1000AH consumption addition:
substitute gold makeup agent 2~3.5L ,substitute gold yellow agent 150~450ml ,and substitute golden light agent40~80m.
2. Operation condition:
Cyanocuprate 25~32g/L, cyanide 55~65g/L, sodium hydroxide 6 ~ 10g/L, substitute gold makeup agent 160~180ml/L, substitute gold bright 3~5ml/L, Yellow Gold Tone substitute agent 30~40ml/L, agent red gold substitute adjustable 5~20ml/L, temperature 40~50℃, cathode current density 0.5~1.5A/dm2, anode: SN 10~12% Cu alloy plate or with graphite, stainless steel anode generation.
