★Use and characteristics

1.This plating process can be used for both barrel and rack. Have excellent dispersion and deep plating ability.

2. Consumption is smaller, the solution life is more longer , under temperature 15~45 C, the bath can be plated with a good coating.

★Solution composition and operating conditions

1.Make up method：

Sodium cyanide 20-30g/L (best 25 g/L), alloy zinc additive 200ml/L, zinc alloy zinc impurity removing agent 1-2ml/L.

2. Operation condition:

The cathode current density is 1 - 5 A/dm2, 2 - 5 V solution voltage, temperature 20 - 35 ºC, the baume 10-15, total cyanogen 20~30g/L, zinc 4~8g/L.

1000AH consumption addition:

Barrel need 0.8 - 1.2 L
