★Use and characteristics
1. Dehydration process is simple, do not need special drying equipment, accelerate the evaporation of surface water or metal parts of the work piece surface, prevent stains from residual on the metal surface, the effect is obvious.
2.No operating stains, not leaving the appearance of visible film, will not affect the plating surface gloss, can shorten the drying time, drying process from.
3.It can applies to all metal parts, such as plastic plating dehydration, copper, nickel and chromium, bronze or zinc plating dehydration, heavy water stains work dehydration, working fluid for low concentration aqueous solution, it’s very economic when use.
★Solution composition and operating conditions
1.Concentration of dehydration agent: 20-30ml
2.Temperature: above 20 ℃ at room temperature, recommended 50-70℃
3.Time: 15-30 seconds
4.Equipment: stainless steel, PVC, PP or rubber groove
5.Hot water rinse temperature: 50-60℃
6.HP: 10 (recommended by the use of caustic soda or dilute phosphoric acid to adjust PH)
