★Solution composition and operating conditions
1.Operating conditions:
Zinc alloy (alkaline copper plating) or copper alloy work-piece stripping nickel layer for example: D99 universal stripping powder 70g/l, sulfuric acid 70ml/l(insulation with titanium pencil) , temperature of 80℃,time is more than 2 minutes, the surface from black to dark brown, after cleaning, then add the following removal of brown film solution. 30 g / L of sodium cyanide, sodium 30 g / L, at room temperature, the number of seconds of time.
