Blue black antique copper process
★Use and characteristics
1.The process is suitable for blackening in alkali copper, it’s better for not using brightener and matte alkaline copper in deposit, black with blue black color, especially for metal corrosion.
2. Room temperature operation time is short, only 3-5 minutes or so. Especially suitable for the work piece stamping processing after blacken.
3.The color is black with blue light, refined and elegant, generous.
★Solution composition and operating conditions
1 operating conditions:
a. Tea seed powder a little
b. Blue black A agent 4ml/L
c. Blue black B agent 8ml/L
Temperature 60-70 degrees C
Time 3-5 minutes
Work piece swing to ensure uniform black. Batch filtration on black, must be filtered
