★Solution composition and operating conditions
1.Operating conditions:
Black passivation solution: 1:4 - 8
Soak time: 30 seconds -3minutes(meet the requirements of blackness). Temperature: 15 ºC -35 ºC, PH:3 to 3.5 (the best available sulfate adjustment), work piece swing: to ensure uniform blackness is very important.
Filter: batch black, be sure to use single core filter.
