★Solution composition and operating conditions
1.Operating conditions: (in case of barrel plating)
Stannous sulfate 20-40g/L, sulfuric acid 70-90ml/L, acid tin makeup agent 25-30ml/L, acid tin brightener 75-100ml, temperature 15-20℃, cathode current density 1.5-3.5A/dm2, the anodic current density is less than or equal to 1.5 A/dm2PH < 1, the current efficiency of 95-98%, the deposition rate of 2 A/dm2 about 1 m/min voltage 1-3V.

Acid Tin cylinder agent 25-30ml, acid tin light agent 75-100ml
