★Solution composition and operating conditions
1.Operation condition:
Copper pyrophosphate (anhydrous) 55~60g/L, copper content 22~24 g/L, potassium pyrophosphate (recommended by import) 250~300 g/L, ammonia (proportion 0.88) 3.0~4.0ml/L, EPE66 makeup agent 2~6 ml/L EPE67 brightener 0.5~1ml / L ,copper :pyrophosphate 6.6~7.5, pH 8.5~9.2, temperature 50~55℃, cathode current density1.5~3.3 A/dm, anode current density 6.6A/dm2,anaerobic anode electrolytic copper (OFHC), air agitation or cathode movement, continuous filtration (4~8 cycles / hour)
