3.Immerse plating in a layer of 1% 61147 golden and silver protection water, the surface will be more smooth and soft, in addition to improve its discoloring ability, so as to be good for assembly and machining.
★Solution composition and operating conditions
1.Make up method：
50G sodium cyanide, 60Gcuprous cyanide, potassium hydroxide 8G, white bronze assistant agent 40-60ML, white bronze tin salt 30G, white bronze makeup salt 20G white bronze makeup agent 40ML.
2. Operation condition:
Temperature20-40℃, cathode current density 0.25-3 A/dm2,cathode current density 0.25-2 A/ dm2, anode high purity graphite carbon plate
1000AH consumption addition:
White bronze tin salt 2.6KG, White bronze assistant agent 0.5L, White bronze brightener (add before make up)0.3-0.5ML/L,
potassium hydroxide0.8KG, sodium cyanide(k)3.5-4.5KG,1.25KGcobalticyanide.
