★Solution composition and operating conditions
1.Opration condition:
Copper sulfate 200-240g/L, sulfuric acid 50-70g/L,50-120mg/L CL-, 610 makeup agent (MU) 4-6ml/L, 610A (low potential agent) 0.4-0.6ml/L,610B (high potential agent) 0.4-0.6ml/L, temperature 15-38 C, cathode current density 1.5-8A/dm2.The anode current density of 0.5-2.5 A/dm2 anode phosphorus 0.03-0.06%,strong air agitation, voltage 2-10V.
