★Solution composition and operating conditions
1.Operation condition:(high sulfur base solution as an example)
240 ~ 240 g / L of nickel sulfate, nickel chloride 50 ~ 60 g / L, boric acid 40 ~ 45 g / L, B2000 makeup agent 20 ml / L, wetting agent 2 ml / L, PH4.2~4. 5, temperature 55 ~ 60℃, anode electrolytic nickel, or nickel sulfur plate angle is OK, anode cathode area: 2:1, the cathode current density, 0.1-1.0 A /dm2, recommended continuous filtration, rotary drum.
2.1000AH consumption addition:
Rack makeup agent10ml, rack plating wetting agent 1ml, rack plating supply agent 250-350ml.
